I bought JUMP Passes for other people, now what?

You can easily share a JUMP Pass with anyone you want.

To share a JUMP Pass:

  1. Navigate to your JUMP Account here
  2. Click or tap on the pass you want to share
  3. Click or tap on “Share Pass”
  4. Enter the person’s username or email associated with their JUMP Account
  5. Click or tap “Share”
  6. The other person will receive an email with the JUMP Pass details as well as a notification badge in their JUMP Account

I bought a JUMP Pass for my child, now what?

It’s easy to share a JUMP Pass with your child. Your child needs to have their own JUMP Account created to jump. You may use your child’s personal or school email or an alternate email address to create a JUMP Account. You will need to have access to that email to complete their account creation, as well as assign passes and check in.

To share a JUMP Pass:

Are there any restrictions such as age or health conditions?

We do not have any restrictions on age or health conditions. You must decide and are solely responsible if you want to JUMP. We do recommend all Pilots be at least 10 years of age and meet the strict height and weight requirements. Please review our JUMP Attraction Recommendations for more detailed information.

How is the scoring calculated?

The scoring system is based on two factors: time and gates. Pilots can earn a maximum of 420 points per flight, with up to 120 points for time and 300 points for gates.

What if I need to view or modify my JUMP Pass?

You can access all your JUMP information in your JUMP account. You can review and modify any JUMP passes associated with your account. This includes your reservation date and time, your JUMP Hangar, virtual JUMP Site, and Exit Points. You can even gift purchased JUMP passes to other people right from your account.

Do I have to have a reservation?

To best accommodate you and your JUMP Squad, we recommend making a reservation in advance. Walkups may be accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations times are for arrival to the JUMP location. Reservations are for efficiency purposes and may not reflect the actual time you will jump.

What are the minimum requirements for visiting JUMP?

To successfully jump, you must be at least 59 inches tall and weigh a minimum of 70 lbs or a maximum of 77 inches and 300 lbs. Additionally, JUMP is an ambulatory experience, so you should be able to wear our JUMP Suit and carry approximately 30 lbs (13.6 kg). JUMP Passes are nonrefundable. You cannot cancel or refund a JUMP Pass, but in some cases, you can apply your unexpired JUMP Passes toward a future JUMP. Support is handled on a case-by-case basis.

What are the sizes of the JUMP Suits?

Our JUMP Suits are specially modified SQRL Suits or wingsuits. These suits can accommodate most people and body types. The sizes we carry are SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE, and EXTRA LARGE. For additional requirements, please review JUMP Mobility Requirements as well as JUMP Suit Requirements.

How early should I arrive for my visit?

We recommend you arrive at least fifteen minutes before your scheduled time. This includes anyone who is in your JUMP Squad.

What happens if I crash during my flight?

If a pilot crashes during their flight, their score is labeled "DNF" (Did Not Finish). DNF flights can still be scored, but no points are awarded for time.

Can I buy tickets in person?

You are certainly welcome to walkup to any of our JUMP locations. To best accommodate you and your JUMP Squad, we recommend making a reservation in advance. What should I wear at JUMP?

How much is a ticket?

What happens if I don’t JUMP?

First of all, you can do make the jump! But, if you hesitate or don’t jump when prompted, you will be gently encouraged via your JUMP Helmet. If your hesitancy exceeds our allotted timeframe, you may be asked to come out. When you are ready to #MakeTheJUMP, you will be accommodated to the soonest available time slot. As a reminder, refunds are not extended after you have been loaded into your JUMP Suit.

I get motion sick. Should I be worried?

JUMP is a highly immersive, full-bodied experience designed to engage all of your senses. We’ve designed the attraction to minimize the risk of sickness caused by typical virtual reality games. However, motion sickness caused from nervousness and/or the reality of skydiving is still a possibility. If at any time you need assistance, notify one of our JUMP Crew.

How long is the JUMP experience?

The JUMP experience typically lasts around 30 to 45 minutes from start to finish. The experience is designed to provide you with 10-12 minutes of flight time, which includes a skydive from an airplane, 2 BASE jumps from a 4000ft cliff, parachute deployment, and landing. You'll also receive a video of your exhilarating experience and have the chance to enjoy refreshments after your jump. It's a unique and immersive adventure that allows you to defy gravity and experience the thrill of wingsuit base jumping in a safe and controlled environment. Please note that the overall duration may vary as we encourage you to explore and reflect on your experience at our JUMP location.

Can I participate if I’m pregnant?

What happens if I arrive late?

Please plan to have your entire group together and ready to go 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. We can’t guarantee time slot availability once your reservation time has passed. You’ll be scheduled at the first available time slot based on the discretion of the JUMP location.

Do I JUMP by myself or with a group?

To best accommodate everyone, our JUMP Bays are available for jumps at timed intervals. For efficiency, you may be grouped together into a JUMP Squad. A JUMP Squad may jump from the same JUMP Site or select different sites. Odd numbered parties may have one jumping alone or grouped in another JUMP Squad.

What's the schedule for the brackets?

The tournament features three time periods: Afternoon (1:00pm to 1:30pm), Afternoon (4:00pm to 4:30pm), and Evening (7:00pm to 7:30pm). There are two pilots every 10 minutes during these periods, with a total of 24 participants in a day. There will be a technical check break between each period.

Can I wear my glasses in the JUMP Helmet?

Some thinner frames fit better inside our JUMP Helmet than others. If you’re worried about it the fit of your glasses, just hand them to one of our JUMP Crew. You can pick them up at the end of your experience.

Can I take photos?

Yes! Photos are permitted in specially designated photo areas. However, photography, selfie sticks, portable cameras, and videography inside the JUMP experience is prohibited.

Does JUMP offer military, senior, child, or other type of discounts?

We do have a military discount. Use code: Military20 for 20% off.

We do not currently offer senior, child or any other type of discounts.

How do I register for the event and pick my race time?

During the registration process, you'll be able to select your preferred race time. Once you've completed registration, we will add you to the bracket. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your race time.

How does the JUMP Simulator work?

Unlike indoor skydiving experiences, our simulator blends magic, suspension, and wind. Wind tunnels are great for skydiving because it's simulating a falling sensation. With BASE jumping and proximity flying, you must feel like you're going somewhere. Our JUMP bays are set up to recreate that experience.


When you step into the JUMP Bay, you'll put on a custom-made VR helmet. When the time comes to make the jump, you'll step up to the edge and leap off, feeling the wind rush past you as you navigate realistic 3D replicated locations. It's an incredible blend of magic and technology that makes you feel like you're soaring through the skies.

Can I wear hearing aids?

Our JUMP Helmet is built with over-the-ear headphones. We can generally accommodate in-the-ear (ITE) and behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aids. Due to the design of our JUMP Helmet, we cannot accommodate cochlear implants.

Can friends and family come to watch?

Absolutely! We encourage friends and family to come and support the pilots during the event.

Does JUMP have packages for large group bookings?

How much time should I plan to spend at the event?

Your participation largely depends on your allocated flight time. You're expected to arrive for your race at this time and should plan for a minimum of 1 hour for your initial race, which includes two jumps to determine your best time. If you advance in the competition, your stay will be extended. However, if you don't move forward, you're still invited to stay and enjoy the event or you may choose to leave and watch the remainder of the tournament online.

What if I need to view or modify my JUMP account?

You can access all your JUMP information in your JUMP account. You can review and modify your account details such as your username and contact information. You also can view accolades and digital badges you’ve earned from previous jumps.

Is the flight a pre-recorded video?

Nope! If we were to do that, there is a high likelihood that you would experience motion sickness since you would not have control over your movements. Instead, we fly to real locations and, through an intricate process capture each area using an array of ultra-high-resolution cameras. We transform the landscape into a 3D model, giving you complete control over where you fly.

The JUMP experience typically lasts around 30 to 45 minutes from start to finish. You'll also receive a video of your exhilarating experience and have the chance to enjoy refreshments after your jump. Can I participate if I’m pregnant?

What's the schedule for the brackets?

The tournament features three time periods: Afternoon (1:00pm to 1:30pm), Afternoon (4:00pm to 4:30pm), and Evening (7:00pm to 7:30pm). There are two pilots every 10 minutes during these periods, with a total of 24 participants in a day. There will be a technical check break between each period.

Can I wear my glasses in the JUMP Helmet?

Some thinner frames fit better inside our JUMP Helmet than others. If you’re worried about it the fit of your glasses, just hand them to one of our JUMP Crew. You can pick them up at the end of your experience.

Can I take photos?

Yes! Photos are permitted in specially designated photo areas. However, photography, selfie sticks, portable cameras, and videography inside the JUMP experience is prohibited.

Does JUMP offer military, senior, child, or other type of discounts?

How do I register for the event and pick my race time?

During the registration process, you'll be able to select your preferred race time. Once you've completed registration, we will add you to the bracket. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your race time.

How does the JUMP Simulator work?

Unlike indoor skydiving experiences, our simulator blends magic, suspension, and wind. Wind tunnels are great for skydiving because it's simulating a falling sensation. With BASE jumping and proximity flying, you must feel like you're going somewhere. Our JUMP bays are set up to recreate that experience.


When you step into the JUMP Bay, you'll put on a custom-made VR helmet. When the time comes to make the jump, you'll step up to the edge and leap off, feeling the wind rush past you as you navigate realistic 3D replicated locations. It's an incredible blend of magic and technology that makes you feel like you're soaring through the skies.

Can I wear hearing aids?

Our JUMP Helmet is built with over-the-ear headphones. We can generally accommodate in-the-ear (ITE) and behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aids. Due to the design of our JUMP Helmet, we cannot accommodate cochlear implants.

Can friends and family come to watch?

Absolutely! We encourage friends and family to come and support the pilots during the event.

What happens if I don’t JUMP?

First of all, you can do this! But, if you hesitate or don’t jump when prompted, you will be gently encouraged via your JUMP Helmet. If your hesitancy exceeds our allotted timeframe, you may be asked to terminate your experience early. When you are ready to #MakeTheJUMP, you will be accommodated to the soonest available time slot. As a reminder, refunds are not extended after you have been loaded into your JUMP Suit.

How much time should I plan to spend at the event?

Your participation largely depends on your allocated flight time. You're expected to arrive for your race at this time and should plan for a minimum of 1 hour for your initial race, which includes two jumps to determine your best time. If you advance in the competition, your stay will be extended. However, if you don't move forward, you're still invited to stay and enjoy the event or you may choose to leave and watch the remainder of the tournament online.

What if I need to view or modify my JUMP account?

You can access all your JUMP information in your JUMP account. You can review and modify your account details such as your username and contact information. You also can view accolades and digital badges you’ve earned from previous jumps.

Is the flight a pre-recorded video?

Nope! If we were to do that, there is a high likelihood that you would experience motion sickness since you would not have control over your movements. Instead, we fly to real locations and, through an intricate process capture each area using an array of ultra-high-resolution cameras. We transform the landscape into a 3D model, giving you complete control over where you fly.

I bought JUMP Passes for other people, now what?

You can easily share a JUMP Pass with anyone you want.

To share a JUMP Pass:

  1. Navigate to your JUMP Account here
  2. Click or tap on the pass you want to share
  3. Click or tap on “Share Pass”
  4. Enter the person’s username or email associated with their JUMP Account
  5. Click or tap “Share”
  6. The other person will receive an email with the JUMP Pass details as well as a notification badge in their JUMP Account

Note: Every person who visits JUMP must have a JUMP Account created. To save time and expedite check-in, please create an account prior to arriving to JUMP.

I bought a JUMP Pass for my child, now what?

It’s easy to share a JUMP Pass with your child. Your child needs to have their own JUMP Account created to jump. You may use your child’s personal or school email or an alternate email address to create a JUMP Account. You will need to have access to that email to complete their account creation, as well as assign passes and check in.

To share a JUMP Pass:

  1. Navigate to your JUMP Account here
  2. Click or tap on the pass you want to share
  3. Click or tap on “Assign To Child”
  4. Select your Child Account, or create a new one.
  5. Click or tap “Assign To Child”
  6. Your child's pass will appear in your accounts passes under Child Passes.

How is the scoring calculated?

The scoring system is based on two factors: time and gates. Pilots can earn a maximum of 420 points per flight, with up to 120 points for time and 300 points for gates.

What if I need to view or modify my JUMP Pass?

You can access all your JUMP information in your JUMP account. You can review and modify any JUMP passes associated with your account. This includes your reservation date and time, your JUMP Hangar, virtual JUMP Site, and Exit Points. You can even gift purchased JUMP passes to other people right from your account.

What are the sizes of the JUMP Suits?

What happens if I arrive late?

What happens if I don’t JUMP?

How much time should I plan to spend at the event?

Your participation largely depends on your allocated flight time. You're expected to arrive for your race at this time and should plan for a minimum of 1 hour for your initial race, which includes two jumps to determine your best time. If you advance in the competition, your stay will be extended. However, if you don't move forward, you're still invited to stay and enjoy the event or you may choose to leave and watch the remainder of the tournament online.

What if I need to view or modify my JUMP account?

You can access all your JUMP information in your JUMP account. You can review and modify your account details such as your username and contact information. You also can view accolades and digital badges you’ve earned from previous jumps.

Is the flight a pre-recorded video?

Nope! If we were to do that, there is a high likelihood that you would experience motion sickness since you would not have control over your movements. Instead, we fly to real locations and, through an intricate process capture each area using an array of ultra-high-resolution cameras. We transform the landscape into a 3D model, giving you complete control over where you fly.

You can easily share a JUMP Pass with anyone you want.

To share a JUMP Pass:

  4. Enter the person’s username or email associated with their JUMP Account
  5. Click or tap “Share”
  6. The other person will receive an email with the JUMP Pass details as well as a notification badge in their JUMP Account

How is the scoring calculated?

The scoring system is based on two factors: time and gates. Pilots can earn a maximum of 420 points per flight, with up to 120 points for time and 300 points for gates.

You can access all your JUMP information in your JUMP account. You can review and modify any JUMP passes associated with your account. This includes your reservation date and time, your JUMP Hangar, virtual JUMP Site, and Exit Points. You can even gift purchased JUMP passes to other people right from your account.

JUMP Passes are nonrefundable. You cannot cancel or refund a JUMP Pass, but in some cases, you can apply your unexpired JUMP Passes toward a future JUMP. What are the sizes of the JUMP Suits?

Our JUMP Suits are specially modified SQRL Suits or wingsuits. These suits can accommodate most people and body types. The sizes we carry are SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE, and EXTRA LARGE. For additional requirements, please review JUMP Mobility Requirements as well as JUMP Suit Requirements.

How early should I arrive for my visit?

We recommend you arrive at least fifteen minutes before your scheduled time. This includes anyone who is in your JUMP Squad.

What happens if I crash during my flight?

If a pilot crashes during their flight, their score is labeled "DNF" (Did Not Finish). DNF flights can still be scored, but no points are awarded for time.

How much is a ticket?

The tournament features three time periods: Afternoon (1:00pm to 1:30pm), Afternoon (4:00pm to 4:30pm), and Evening (7:00pm to 7:30pm). There are two pilots every 10 minutes during these periods, with a total of 24 participants in a day. There will be a technical check break between each period.

How does the JUMP Simulator work?

Unlike indoor skydiving experiences, our simulator blends magic, suspension, and wind. Wind tunnels are great for skydiving because it's simulating a falling sensation. With BASE jumping and proximity flying, you must feel like you're going somewhere. Our JUMP bays are set up to recreate that experience.


When you step into the JUMP Bay, you'll put on a custom-made VR helmet. When the time comes to make the jump, you'll step up to the edge and leap off, feeling the wind rush past you as you navigate realistic 3D replicated locations. It's an incredible blend of magic and technology that makes you feel like you're soaring through the skies.

Can I wear hearing aids?

Our JUMP Helmet is built with over-the-ear headphones. We can generally accommodate in-the-ear (ITE) and behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aids. Due to the design of our JUMP Helmet, we cannot accommodate cochlear implants.

Can friends and family come to watch?

Absolutely! We encourage friends and family to come and support the pilots during the event.

What are the minimum requirements for visiting JUMP?

To successfully jump, you must be at least 59 inches tall and weigh a minimum of 70 lbs or a maximum of 77 inches and 300 lbs. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR KIDS UNDER 13 Additionally, JUMP is an ambulatory experience, so you should be able to wear our JUMP Suit and carry approximately 30 lbs (13.6 kg). What is your cancellation or refund policy?

JUMP Passes are nonrefundable. You cannot cancel or refund a JUMP Pass, but in some cases, you can apply your unexpired JUMP Passes toward a future JUMP. Please refer to JUMP Rules & Policies for more information. If you feel that you need additional support, you may reach out to support@limitlessflight.com. Support is handled on a case-by-case basis.

What are the sizes of the JUMP Suits?

Our JUMP Suits are specially modified SQRL Suits or wingsuits. These suits can accommodate most people and body types. The sizes we carry are SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE, and EXTRA LARGE. For additional requirements, please review JUMP Mobility Requirements as well as JUMP Suit Requirements.

How early should I arrive for my visit?

We recommend you arrive at least fifteen minutes before your scheduled time. This includes anyone who is in your JUMP Squad.

What happens if I crash during my flight?

If a pilot crashes during their flight, their score is labeled "DNF" (Did Not Finish). DNF flights can still be scored, but no points are awarded for time.

Can I buy tickets in person?

You are certainly welcome to walkup to any of our JUMP locations. To best accommodate you and your JUMP Squad, we recommend making a reservation in advance. Walkups may be accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations times are for arrival to the JUMP location. Reservations are for efficiency purposes and may not reflect the actual time you will jump.

What should I wear at JUMP?

We recommend wearing pants, shorts, or leggings. Any jackets will be removed along with any loose articles. We do not recommend skirts or dresses due to the design of the JUMP Suit. Long hair will need to be pulled back into a low ponytail or lay flat behind the JUMP Helmet.

How much is a ticket?

What are the prizes for the winners?

  • Bracket Winners receive a Bomber Jacket, Notch Peak Patch, and Bracket Winner Patch.
  • The Grand Tournament Winner receives a cash prize (~$500), a "Champion 2023" Patch, and possibly an in-game cosmetic for future tournaments.
  • All participants receive a tournament-styled T-shirt, stickers, and a poster.

What happens if I don’t JUMP?

First of all, you can do make the jump! But, if you hesitate or don’t jump when prompted, you will be gently encouraged via your JUMP Helmet. If your hesitancy exceeds our allotted timeframe, you may be asked to come out. When you are ready to #MakeTheJUMP, you will be accommodated to the soonest available time slot. As a reminder, refunds are not extended after you have been loaded into your JUMP Suit.

I get motion sick. Should I be worried?

JUMP is a highly immersive, full-bodied experience designed to engage all of your senses. We’ve designed the attraction to minimize the risk of sickness caused by typical virtual reality games. However, motion sickness caused from nervousness and/or the reality of skydiving is still a possibility. If at any time you need assistance, notify one of our JUMP Crew.

The JUMP experience typically lasts around 30 to 45 minutes from start to finish. The experience is designed to provide you with 10-12 minutes of flight time, which includes a skydive from an airplane, 2 BASE jumps from a 4000ft cliff, parachute deployment, and landing. You'll also receive a video of your exhilarating experience and have the chance to enjoy refreshments after your jump. It's a unique and immersive adventure that allows you to defy gravity and experience the thrill of wingsuit base jumping in a safe and controlled environment. Can I participate if I’m pregnant?

We do not have any restrictions if you are pregnant. You must decide and are solely responsible if you want to jump while pregnant. If you have any questions about visiting JUMP, please consult your doctor. You can also review our JUMP Attraction Recommendations for more detailed information.

What happens if I arrive late?

Please plan to have your entire group together and ready to go 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. We can’t guarantee time slot availability once your reservation time has passed. You’ll be scheduled at the first available time slot based on the discretion of the JUMP location.

Do I JUMP by myself or with a group?

To best accommodate everyone, our JUMP Bays are available for jumps at timed intervals. For efficiency, you may be grouped together into a JUMP Squad. A JUMP Squad may jump from the same JUMP Site or select different sites. Odd numbered parties may have one jumping alone or grouped in another JUMP Squad.

What's the schedule for the brackets?

The tournament features three time periods: Afternoon (1:00pm to 1:30pm), Afternoon (4:00pm to 4:30pm), and Evening (7:00pm to 7:30pm). There are two pilots every 10 minutes during these periods, with a total of 24 participants in a day. There will be a technical check break between each period.

Can I wear my glasses in the JUMP Helmet?

Some thinner frames fit better inside our JUMP Helmet than others. If you’re worried about it the fit of your glasses, just hand them to one of our JUMP Crew. You can pick them up at the end of your experience.

Can I take photos?

Yes! Photos are permitted in specially designated photo areas. However, photography, selfie sticks, portable cameras, and videography inside the JUMP experience is prohibited.

Does JUMP offer military, senior, child, or other type of discounts?

We do have a military discount. Use code: Military20 for 20% off.

How do I register for the event and pick my race time?

During the registration process, you'll be able to select your preferred race time. Once you've completed registration, we will add you to the bracket. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your race time.

How does the JUMP Simulator work?

Unlike indoor skydiving experiences, our simulator blends magic, suspension, and wind. Wind tunnels are great for skydiving because it's simulating a falling sensation. With BASE jumping and proximity flying, you must feel like you're going somewhere. Our JUMP bays are set up to recreate that experience.


When you step into the JUMP Bay, you'll put on a custom-made VR helmet. When the time comes to make the jump, you'll step up to the edge and leap off, feeling the wind rush past you as you navigate realistic 3D replicated locations. It's an incredible blend of magic and technology that makes you feel like you're soaring through the skies.

Can I wear hearing aids?

Our JUMP Helmet is built with over-the-ear headphones. We can generally accommodate in-the-ear (ITE) and behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aids. Due to the design of our JUMP Helmet, we cannot accommodate cochlear implants.

Can friends and family come to watch?

Absolutely! We encourage friends and family to come and support the pilots during the event.

Does JUMP have packages for large group bookings?

Every time you come back to JUMP, you’ll progress to the next tier until you hit Limitless Clout, our deepest discount. If you fail to return within 30 days, you will fall back to the previous clout level.

How much time should I plan to spend at the event?

Your participation largely depends on your allocated flight time. You're expected to arrive for your race at this time and should plan for a minimum of 1 hour for your initial race, which includes two jumps to determine your best time. If you advance in the competition, your stay will be extended. However, if you don't move forward, you're still invited to stay and enjoy the event or you may choose to leave and watch the remainder of the tournament online.

What if I need to view or modify my JUMP account?

You can access all your JUMP information in your JUMP account. You can review and modify your account details such as your username and contact information. You also can view accolades and digital badges you’ve earned from previous jumps.

Is the flight a pre-recorded video?

Nope! If we were to do that, there is a high likelihood that you would experience motion sickness since you would not have control over your movements. Instead, we fly to real locations and, through an intricate process capture each area using an array of ultra-high-resolution cameras. We transform the landscape into a 3D model, giving you complete control over where you fly.
